Fencing · Yard and garden
A yard for your dog. More peace of mind for you.
Give your dog room to enjoy the outdoors with a fence chosen for your yard and your pet's needs. We go over materials, gates and your community's requirements with you.
Request an assessmentFree assessment, no commitment. We confirm coverage and arrange the next step.
No fence replaces supervision. What suits your case depends on the animal, the ground, the access points and the rules that apply in your community — and that is exactly what the assessment is for.
What changes when the yard is closed
The yard becomes usable
Letting the dog out stops being a leashed outing every single time. The yard becomes part of the house again, for the rest of the family too.
Gates, thought through
Walk gates and drive gates are where dogs actually get out. We go through them one by one: where the mail carrier comes in, where the car comes in, and what happens when someone leaves one open.
And the gaps
Low points, uneven ground and the spacing between elements get checked on the visit, because they are different in every yard and they decide which material makes sense.
Privacy, if you want it
A closed yard is also less visible from the street. How much privacy you get depends on the material you choose, and we compare that with you.
HOA and property lines, checked first
We review your community's requirements and where the property lines fall before proposing anything. That is what keeps a section from having to be redone later.
One point of contact
You deal with BRplus from start to finish, without chasing different contractors for the same job.
What we look at during the assessment
It is a free visit with no obligation to hire. It exists so the proposal rests on your actual yard and not on an assumption.
Request an assessment
- The perimeter and the best line for the fence to follow.
- Uneven ground and the spots where gaps would be left.
- How many gates are needed, of what type, and which way they should swing.
- The condition of the current fence, if there is one, and whether to repair or replace.
- Where the property lines fall.
- Your community or HOA requirements.
- How your pet and your family actually use the yard, which decides the rest.
Materials we install
Which one suits you depends on the yard, the budget and your community's rules. On the visit we compare them with your case in front of us.
Vinyl
A continuous surface and little maintenance. The option that gives the most privacy.
Aluminum
A slim profile and an open view. It lets the garden show and handles Florida weather well.
Wood
The warmest look and the easiest to adapt to uneven ground. It does need maintenance.
Chain link
The most affordable way to close a perimeter. Little privacy, plenty of durability.
How we work
Four steps — and the first one takes a minute
No long process before we even know whether we can help. Here's what happens from the moment you reach out.
- 1
Tell us what your home needs
Describe what's going on: something you already know needs fixing, or just the annoyance you've been putting off. You don't need to know the technical name for anything.
Under a minute - 2
We assess and define the solution
We review your case and, when needed, visit your property. We determine which area of the team should step in, what should be handled first and what can wait.
No cost - 3
The right specialist takes it on
The professional for that area develops the solution and does the work, with BRplus standards and support behind them.
Area specialist - 4
We stay with you to the end
We keep things coordinated while the project moves, and we remain your point of contact when it's finished — and when your home needs the next thing.
Before, during and after
What people usually ask us
Which material is best if I have a dog?
There is no single winner. It changes with the size and temperament of the animal, what the ground is like, and how much privacy you want. During the assessment we look at your yard and compare the options against your case, instead of recommending a material from a catalog.
What about gaps underneath, on uneven ground?
It is one of the first things we check on the visit, because in Florida the ground is often not flat. What can be done depends on the slope and the material, so we define it there and it goes in writing in the proposal.
Do you do gates too?
Yes. We install walk gates and drive gates, and in a yard with a pet they are the point most worth thinking through: how many, where, and which way they open.
Can you remove the fence I already have?
Yes, removing the previous fence is part of the job. If only some sections are damaged, we also repair or replace section by section instead of changing everything.
I have an HOA. Does that complicate things?
It is common and it is accounted for from the start: we review your community's requirements before proposing, so that what gets installed is something you are allowed to have. Work requiring municipal permits is processed in accordance with your county's regulations.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the linear footage, the material, the number of gates, the condition of the ground and whether a previous fence has to be removed. That is why the assessment is free: the price goes in writing in the proposal, after seeing the yard, and not before.
Can you guarantee my dog won't get out?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. A fence reduces the risk a great deal, but it does not replace supervision and it cannot anticipate what any given animal will do. What we can do is go through the usual weak points with you — gaps, gates and access — and get them resolved in the project.
