This site belongs to BRplus Home Improvement and exists so that homeowners in Florida can request a free assessment of their property. By using it, you accept what it says here.

What BRplus is

BRplus is a single point of contact for needs related to your property. Depending on what you need, we carry out the work ourselves or coordinate it with the corresponding professional. Either way, you deal with us.

What the free assessment includes

• A visit to your home, at no cost and with no obligation to hire.
• A review of what you want to improve, repair or protect.
• An explanation of your options and of the available payment alternatives.

What it does NOT include: it is not a professional home inspection or an appraisal, and it does not replace the report of a state-licensed inspector. It is not a contract or an obligation to hire either.

Estimates and pricing

Any figure mentioned during the visit is an estimate. The final price, the scope of work, the materials and the timelines are established solely in a written contract signed by both parties. Nothing on this page constitutes a binding offer.

Each proposal states its own expiration date — by default, 15 days from the day it is issued — and it may change if conditions that were not visible during the assessment appear once the work begins.

Financing

BRplus does not extend credit. We put you in touch with financing partners. Approval, rate, term and conditions are decided by the lender, not by us, and are subject to your credit history. You will receive the full terms in writing before signing.

Property claims

When your need involves an insurance claim, BRplus can connect you with and support the process through Public Adjusters where appropriate. To be clear: BRplus is not a Public Adjuster, does not present itself as one and does not promise or guarantee the outcome of any claim. The assessment of the claim and its outcome depend on the corresponding professional and on your insurer.

Real Estate

Buying, selling and other real estate matters are handled through the corresponding professionals, holding the license each matter requires.

How we work: associates, licenses and insurance

BRplus Home Improvement coordinates a multidisciplinary team and works with associates. Depending on the service and the area, the work is carried out by our own team or by the corresponding associate, and each associate holds the licenses, insurance and documentation that correspond to the work they perform.

We want to be precise about this: BRplus does not claim third-party licenses as its ownand does not publish a list of its associates’ credentials here. If you need the specific documentation of the professional who will carry out your project, ask us and we will get it to you before you sign anything. Regulated services are provided by the corresponding licensed professional or entity, and work requiring municipal permits is processed in accordance with your county’s regulations.

Service area

We work across the stretch of Florida running roughly from West Palm Beach in the south up to Jacksonville in the north, coast to coast. Orlando, West Palm Beach and Jacksonville are the commercial reference points we use to place ourselves; they are not the only cities we work in. Within that stretch we take on projects with our own teams and associates depending on the service.

Availability is not the same for every service. It depends on the service, the associate and the project, so there may be areas where we offer some services and not others. Contact us and we will confirm whether we reach your area with what you need before scheduling.

How and when we contact you

We receive requests through the form, by phone, through messaging and from our campaigns, and first contact is available at any hour of the day. That first contact may be automated; it exists to confirm we received your request and to start understanding your case.

What comes after — speaking with a member of the team, the visit, the assessment and, if you decide to move forward, the work itself — is arranged with you and depends on the service, your area and the availability of the corresponding team or associate. We do not publish timeframes for visits, assessments or installation, precisely because they depend on those factors. Any specific timeframe you receive will be in writing in your proposal.

Use of this site

• The text, the brand and the design of this page are the property of BRplus.
• Some of the photographs on this site are reference images licensed for commercial use. They are there to help you understand each service and do not represent work performed by BRplus or its associates. When we publish photographs of our own projects, they will be identified as such.
• You may not attempt to access private areas, submit automated form entries or interfere with the operation of the site.
• The information you give us must be yours and must be true.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site always available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. A site failure does not create liability for BRplus beyond rescheduling your request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the State of Florida.
