Who is responsible for your data

BRplus Home Improvement, in Florida, United States, is responsible for processing the personal data you leave on this site. You can reach us at +1 (407) 410-3082 or at info@brplushome.com.

What data we collect

When you fill out the free assessment form, you give us:

• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your phone number.

And automatically, without you having to type it:

• The city and state you are connecting from, which our provider infers from your connection. We do not store your IP address.
• Whether you came from a phone, a tablet or a computer.
• Which ad or link brought you here (so-called “UTM tags”), so we know which advertising works.
• An anonymous identifier for your visit, which is deleted when you close the tab and only tells us where on the page people stop.

What we use it for

• To contact you and schedule your free assessment.
• To follow up on the work you are interested in.
• To know which advertising works for us and stop paying for the rest.
• To improve this site (what gets read, what gets ignored, where people get stuck).

We do not use your data for anything else. If we ever wanted to use it for another purpose, we would ask you first.

Your consent for us to contact you

By checking the box on the form and submitting it, you expressly authorize us to contact you by phone call, text message (SMS) and emailat the number and address you gave us, even if your number is on a “do not call” list, and even if the contact is made using automated systems.

This consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can withdraw it whenever you want: reply STOP to any message, or tell us by phone at +1 (407) 410-3082, or write to us at info@brplushome.com. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is only shared with the providers that make the service work, and only for that purpose:

• Supabase — hosts the database where your record lives.
• Vercel — hosts and serves this site.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there, their own privacy policy applies.
• Our financing partners — only if you ask us for an installment option, and only with the data needed for that application.

We may also disclose information if a competent authority requires it by law.

How long we keep it

• Your contact details: while you are an active client or prospect, and afterwards for as long as needed to handle warranties, legal obligations or follow-up service. You can ask us to delete them whenever you want.
• Anonymous browsing data: 180 days, after which it is deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what data of yours we hold.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your data.
• Stop using it to contact you.
• Give you a copy of your data.

Write to us at info@brplushome.comwith the subject “My data”. We answer within 30 days at most, and we do not charge you anything for exercising these rights. We will not treat you differently for doing so either.

If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Mexico, these rights are granted to you by the GDPR and the LFPDPPP respectively, and you may contact your data protection authority if you are not satisfied with our response.

How we protect your information

• Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS) between your browser and our server.
• The database is closed by default: nobody can read it from a browser. Only our server holds the key.
• Our team’s passwords are stored encrypted, never in plain text.
• Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

No system is infallible. If a breach affecting you ever occurred, we would notify you.

Minors

This site is intended for homeowners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We explain what we use and why in our cookie policy. You can also change your decision about marketing cookies there.

Changes to this notice

If we change something important, we will update the date above and publish it here. We recommend checking it from time to time.
