Why BRplus

One relationship, for whatever your home needs next

Most homeowners start from scratch every single time: search, compare, explain the problem again, hope for the best. Our job is to make sure that doesn't happen to you again.

  • A multidisciplinary team

Specialists in each area working under the same brand. Not a generalist trying to cover everything — the right person for what you actually need.

  • One relationship you can trust

You deal with BRplus. The area may change, the project may change, years may pass — the person you talk to doesn't.

  • Complete solutions

Roof, fences, energy, water, remodeling, claims or selling the property. Different needs, one brand behind all of them.

  • Professional coordination

We sequence the project: what happens first, who comes in, when and with what. You don't have to schedule anyone.

  • We actually stay with you

We don't disappear after the first contact. We're there while the work moves forward, and when it's done.

  • Built for the long run

A house changes over the years. The idea is that when it does, you already know who to call.

How we work

Four steps — and the first one takes a minute

No long process before we even know whether we can help. Here's what happens from the moment you reach out.

  1. 1

Tell us what your home needs

Describe what's going on: something you already know needs fixing, or just the annoyance you've been putting off. You don't need to know the technical name for anything.

    Under a minute
  2. 2

We assess and define the solution

We review your case and, when needed, visit your property. We determine which area of the team should step in, what should be handled first and what can wait.

    No cost
  3. 3

The right specialist takes it on

The professional for that area develops the solution and does the work, with BRplus standards and support behind them.

  4. 4

We stay with you to the end

We keep things coordinated while the project moves, and we remain your point of contact when it's finished — and when your home needs the next thing.

    Before, during and after

What happens when you request the assessment

It is a free visit with no obligation to hire. It exists so the proposal rests on your actual property and not on an assumption.

Request an assessment
  • We come out to see the ground and measure the perimeter you want enclosed.
  • We check the slopes and the spots where gaps would be left.
  • We define how many gates are needed, of what type, and which way they swing.
  • If you already have a fence, we look at whether to repair it section by section or replace it.
  • We check where the property lines fall.
  • We review your community or HOA requirements before proposing anything.
  • You get a written proposal with the scope, the materials and the price.

Frequently asked questions about fences

Which material suits me?

We install vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain link. Which one suits you depends on how much privacy you want, what the ground is like, how much maintenance you are willing to do, and what your community allows. During the assessment we compare them with your case in front of us instead of recommending one from a catalog.

Are gates included?

Yes. We install walk gates and drive gates. How many and where is defined on the visit, because it depends on where you come in, where the car comes in and where deliveries arrive.

Can you remove the fence I have?

Yes, removing the previous fence is part of the job. And if only some sections are damaged, we repair or replace section by section instead of changing everything.

I have an HOA. Can I install any fence I want?

It depends on your community, which is why we check before proposing: which materials, heights and colors your HOA allows. Work requiring municipal permits is processed in accordance with your county's regulations.

What if I'm not sure exactly where my property ends?

That is very common. Checking where the property lines fall is part of the assessment, and it is what keeps a section from having to be moved after it is installed.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the linear footage, the material, the number of gates, the condition of the ground and whether a previous fence has to be removed. That is why the assessment is free: the price goes in writing in the proposal, after seeing the property. Any figure quoted over the phone without seeing the ground is a made-up number.

I have a dog. Does that change anything?

Quite a bit: gaps underneath, the spacing between elements and the access points become the first thing we look at. No fence replaces supervision, but those points can be resolved in the project.
